Visit to the Markoš family farm in the village of Pađene near Knin. You will be hosted by the Markoš family, producers of cow's cheese with a good reputation in the entire Knin region. They will take you through the family farm, show you their cows and explain the production process from pasture to the finished product.
In the newly built tasting room you will taste 4 types of cheese: fresh cow's cheese - basa, young cow cheese, semi-hard cow cheese and skin aged cheese. You will have free time to buy the product.
